If so, my biggest question relates to your 1:1 coaching for the Investing Realtor®, vs strictly an investor. Do you have any thoughts on this? From a coaching perspective, is it better to focus on one instead of the other?

Is it better to focus on being a Realtor® or as a Wholesaling Investor?
Neither! Focus your activities on locating motivated Sellers and Buyers. As a Realtor® who invests, you have many more options for the homeowner to choose from. If they do not want to wholesale their home, then you can always go for a listing!
The key to The Red Pill Sales System is that you, as an agent, act as a principal to the transaction. This allows you the flexibility to decide what is the best course of action for them!
